Gyandoot is an intranet in Dhar district connecting rural cybercafes catering to the everyday needs of the masses. This intranet is linked to the internet and the corresponding internet website is gyandoot.nic.in The main features are as follows:

SOOCHANALAYA

The intranet connects 34 rural cybercafes called Soochanalayas. Each Soochanalya will provide services to about 10 to 15 Gram Panchayats, 20 to 30 villages, 20,000 to 30,000 of the population. The net covers 10 out of 13 Blocks in the district and all of the Tehsils in the district. Soochnalayas are located at Block headquarters, haat bazaars, villages and bus depot centres. The Soochanalayas are located at the roadside of the central villages where people frequently travel.They together serve a population of over half a million.
